The Folkestone Leas on a foggy day. Taken with a Diana Mini on Ilford b&w 35mm film in square format. The camera’s cheap and plastic, but gives these very atmospheric photos.
No photographer is as good as the simplest camera.

Generally I don’t do portraits, and people feature only rarely in my photos (and even when they do they’re barely identifiable). I think I enjoy looking at life’s detail – bits and pieces that aren’t particularly important, but which still look intriguing.
